All members of Unit 60 are trained marine SAR crew. Many volunteers hold advance-training levels. Our Training Officer is also a qualified coxswain. Our Boating Safety Officer is also a qualified crewmember on the Bruce Brown II and also trained in the operation of Bobbie

Society Objectives

It costs approximately $20,000 per year to keep the Bruce Brown II equipped and operational. Therefore, the Society is constantly seeking donations and raising funds to keep this vessel ready for the next "call-out".

Any donations received, will be issued a tax deductable receipt.
